Bon Appetit!

Have you ever looked at animals and how their lives also resemble the societal hierarchy that we as humans experience?  How so you ask?  There are stray animals just like there are homeless people.  Some animals grow up in a family of pedigree while some humans come from a family of privilege.  None of us get to choose what family we come to be a part of, but there are shelters for animals as well as for people, that give them some reprieve from their current state; and even strays find themselves being fed by a person who just likes animals and instead watching them starve to death, they choose to show compassion and toss them some scraps from their table.  Is our God not humane to all that come to him asking and believing that he will reward those who diligently seek him? God created us all – both human and animals alike and as he cares for an animal by allowing them to be adopted into a family, the same has already happened for those of us who have chosen him to be our Lord and Savior through Jesus Christ.  We have been adopted as Sons and Daughters into his kingdom and while some in the kingdom appear to have been allotted more than others, we are all blessed in our own way.  Trust that God is working all things out for in your favor.  They say all dogs go to heaven – What about you?  How about experiencing Heaven right here on earth?  I believe that God does all things well, exceeding and abundantly.  The crumbs that fall from the Master’s table that the dogs eat are a blessing as long as they fall from the Father’s table.  Soon… the dinner bell will ring and those of us who have fought the good fight of faith will be called to his table and the gourmet menu before us will be more than we could ever have hoped to consume, because it will have been prepared by him, right in the presence of all who care to join you at the table.  This dinner party is a by invitation only.  Have you accepted Christ as Savior?  If so, get ready to pig out! Bon Appetit!
