Super Soul Sunday...

Satan (the stumbling block) has been very successful in his campaign to divide the church by denominations and Mega Church’s vs. the Storefront church’s. He has gotten the minds of the people off of God and lovers of themselves, and in each individual church; now it’s no longer about souls but how big the church and the congregation is or how we can be entertained?  The Church has become a spectacle and no longer a true house of worship. The salt has lost its savor and the light on the hill has been extinguished.

We are too busy in-fighting among each other rather than fighting the real enemy – Really? Must we make it that easy for him? A house divided against itself can not stand!

How did Oprah reach god-like status in the millions of people’s mind? She gave. All she did was give & people translated that as god-like.

What more does our Father in Heaven have stored up for those who love and seek Him. Church’s of this world have the power to do more and reach more than Oprah, but they are alienating people because they are not honoring God by giving to the poor, the widows and orphans; everyone is out for themselves. Are we really going to let Oprah out do the church?

There is only One Super Soul and His name is Christ Jesus and if we lift Him up, He will do the hard work of drawing the souls to Himself.  He will do greater than entertain you, He will sustain you and bless you down to your soul.

Let’s get back to being about our Father’s business…  And it’s an everyday battle, not only on Sunday.

Fast & Furious...

The doctor says that you have to fast in order to get your MRI or Upper or Lower GI done and you do it begrudgingly, but in order to rule out anything that may be negative or detrimental to your health, you grit it out and bear the emptying out of yourself.

Now Jesus tells you “Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting” (Matthew 17:21), but now it don’t take all of that.

It may only be conjecture on my part, however, I would say that if despair and hopelessness goes out, then peace and blessings come in – Safe to assume the door swings both ways?

No wonder He said, “And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.” (Matthew 17:20)

God is asking, “Won’t you empty yourself for me, and for your own soul and spirit well-being?”

Some get distraught when the Pastor issues a corporate fast and some become downright furious.  Depending on the level of fight you have inside of you and the battle that you are facing, will determine whether or not you will head the diagnosis of The Great Physician, and receive the prognosis of how best to live a healthy life.

“Ask any racer. Any real racer. It don’t matter if you win (life) by an inch or a mile. Winning’s winning.”

Duck Dynasty...

“The spirit of a man will sustain his infirmity; but a wounded spirit, who can bear?” (Proverbs 18:14)

In other words… “You’re a sitting duck!”  “The enemy goes to and fro, as a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour” Even the king of the jungle, the lion will attack a wounded animal more so than he would the one that’s swift and agile; it only makes sense.  

They tell women who are shopping or out in the street alone to at least look like she would put up a fight and at least tussle with her assailant. 

The hunter seeks the one who will be able to put up less of a fight; the abused, the heartbroken, the weak, disenfranchised and the fragile.  Our wounds are a homing system and GPS tracking device right to where we need to be attacked (Aim and shoot here!) – It’s a duck call - In a manner of speaking…  And we get drawn out of the covering and hedges of God, by a voice imitation. 

“If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it might be the enemy lurking”.  God says that we are His sheep and we know His voice and another we will not follow.  Blind and dumb but blessed and highly favored, because we have The Good Shepherd.

We are up against dynastic rule, a dynasty that’s sole purpose is to seek and destroy; and only God, “The Balm of Gilead” can cover those festering wounds in order to not leaving you a sitting duck for the enemy. 

“But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed.” (Isaiah 53:5)

Allow Jesus Christ to be the Savior you need Him to be.

Why would you serve a God offering anything less?

No Time Left On The Clock...

The goodness of God is what drew me and it is the exact thing that continues to draw me even though I may not be where I want to be right now BUT... I know that if HE has been good, is good and will do good again in my life; that is where I draw my strength from. Struggle is meant to drain you - that's why it s called a struggle; if not it would be called easy. I have been all smiles today though nothing seems to be going the way that I want it to go or even how I would desire for it to be, but I have relegated myself to the fact that God made me a promise that HE would never leave nor forsake me, that HE would bring me to my EXPECTED END - not unexpected; and HE has NOT FAILED ME! Nor will HE. I may have gone through but one thing I know is that I always came out on the other side. There is no loss in God, only gain. We just have to remain in the game until the time clock says 0:00 (that means no time left on the clock) I am here today - There's still time, so I am trusting God to keep HIS word to me.

O.V.E.R.R.A.T.E.D...

Where I am at sometimes, it does get painful, tiresome and even boring… Like the Israelites in the wilderness. They were tired, sick of eating the same manna day-in and day-out and wearing the same clothes for 40 yrs (Can somebody say boring?) But, where God has brought me from pales in comparison and I know that he has snatched me from the hands of death and losing my mind countless times and probably more times that I am not even aware of. Trust me there are plenty of graves back out there in the world and I would be cold and buried in my own. I know that God called me out of the world to serve a specific purpose and to do his will. The world is O.V.E.R.R.A.T.E.D because the life I have now is exactly what I was praying for while I was out in the world. The Israelites were praying for God to deliver them from their oppressors and once he did, they began to complain and murmur and that is why they were kept out of the Land of Promise. This December Lord willing I will be 40 yrs old and I will not have wandered in this life for 40 yrs and not get all of what God has promised me.

Much of it I already possess but God says to me that if I come up higher, he will bless me more than I could have ever thought or imaged. So Egypt you can keep your leeks, onions and quail and I will eat this manna of daily counting my blessings until I am residing in the home that I won t have to build and eat from the vineyards that I did not have to plant. God gave me a promise and I shall see it and the fruits of my labor in faith come to pass. IF YOU CAN GLEAN FROM THE THINGS THAT I WRITE, I AM GLAD TO HEAR IT BECAUSE MANY OF YOU MSG ME AND SPEAK A WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT, BUT THIS IS ALSO MY WAY OF SPEAKING AND PRAISING THINGS INTO EXISTENCE AND TO HAVE A RECORD BEARING MY DECLARATION… U MAY NOT READ IT NOW, BUT WHEN I AM FULLY COME INTO THAT MANIFESTATION, U MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO ALWAYS REACH ME BUT U WILL BE ABLE TO COME TO MY PAGE AND FIND ENLIGHTENMENT.

Bad Blood...

The first thing to go in any relationship albeit business or personal is the communication when the relationship deteriorates and sours.

God is saying that He gives us His Word and by doing so, He is contractually obligated to honor it – In other word - Bound.  God Almighty is bound by one thing and ONE thing only – His Word.  The God who is perfect in all of His ways, has repented from an act of wrath against His creation because one of His creation asked Him to repent.

We have the power to our own deliverance.  The God that can do anything but fail will not go back on His word; however, if you do not know His word to speak back to Him, then your trump card is invalid.

“I’m not speaking to you or I’m not speaking to them”.  The vein of communication has become clogged with a plaque that has built up over time and it will kill you if left untreated; the stent needed to relieve the obstruction and the pressure that promotes healing is Christ Jesus.  He is the pathway between you and God that restores the blood flow of communication.

Have you ever noticed when you are elated and you have joy and peace that you are a tidbit chattier?  You are talkative and more apt to share your good news with a total stranger and anyone who would listen, but it’s even better when you share it with someone that shares in your Joy.

If you’re not careful, Life will catch your tongue. I’m not sure why it is that when we are hurting most, we shut down, we stop talking to everyone – including God.  And God is the one person who we should tell all of our business to.  He is the Word and never runs out of them to bless your life.  Pain rocking your body?  It’ll make you crawl up into a ball and remain in silence but Jesus said to say that, “By His stripes we are healed”.

When Job was attacked in every area of his life, He and his friends sat for seven days straight without uttering a mumbling word, and that entire time, he was left bound to his misery.  It’s not until he opened up and cleared the air with God that God began to also clear the air with him.  If you talk to God, no matter the pain, hurt, trouble or discomfort – He will speak back to you.

When He speaks with you, it’s because He heard you; and when He hears you, you know you will get an answer because the blood of Christ alone makes intercessions for you.

One thing that you don’t want to have between you and God is “Bad Blood”; a beef, bitterness or hostility; either with God or God with you.

A disability, a divorce, blindness or a bad day; are no excuse for you to not seek God.  If you do, then you are cursed and bound to a life of mundane drudgery; because only in God is where all the possibilities lie.

Everyone is equal in God’s sight because everyone gets the same opportunity to trust God and to believe.

He no longer accepts the blood sacrifices of bulls, goats, sheep, pigeons and turtle doves.
God is so awesome that He changes but still remains exactly the same.  He is the same God of both Moses and Joshua, however, with Moses He led by a rod, a form of corporal punishment and correction and Moses and the Children of Israel who were rebellious didn't make it into the Promised Land, but Joshua was given only God’s Word as guidance, God’s assurance that “As He was with Moses, so shall He be with Him”. And with God’s Word alone both Joshua and the descendants of the Children of Israel entered into the Promised Land.

Moses saw God face-to-face and came-up short of His promise.  Joshua took the Word of God alone and entered into the Promised Land.  God’s Word says, “Jesus saith unto him, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed [are] they that have not seen, and [yet] have believed.”

My Spidey Senses Are Tingling, Literally!

David went out and fought Goliath because he knew that it wasn't his day to die. He fought the giant in faith because he knew that he had only been anointed King, and hadn't actually been crowned King of Israel (In other words, God's Promise hadn't fully manifested itself), therefore, he wouldn't die on the battlefield that day and he could be confident that what he believed God for would have to come to pass. Sometimes all we have is our belief in what God told us and nothing else. Oftentimes there is nothing left for us to grasp a hold to other than God’s faithfulness - His Word. We trust in knowing that God is faithful; and that is what we cling to in order to keep holding on until He blesses us. It may only be a thin thread, nearly invisible as a spider’s web, but as with most spider's web, we are walking in it long before we ever saw it appear. God gives us His Word - Literally, because He wants to be taken at His Word - Literally. You may have run out of every reason on why you should not give up and have every excuse on why not to keep pressing; you may very well have to exhaust your bag of tricks of coping before you do as Jacob and grab hold to the Lord until He blesses you!

Hand-in-Hand...

Get your focus and footing back by taking your mind off of your problems and putting them solely on the problem solver who is Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Many of us can do the unthinkable, the unimaginable and the impossible if we would only trust God, His impeccable timing and His intentional plan and purpose for our lives.

We get distracted by the storms that surround us and totally forget that Jesus was the one that called us out here in the storm. He was already in it before we got called to it, in it while we are enduring it, and will pull us out before we are overtaken; or should He so choose, speak to the storm and cease it from being… Either way, He has us covered.

We must remain focused if we are going to do what others have not seen since the day of Jesus Christ and that is to walk on water in our spirit! I’m not getting back in the boat, I’m going to walk hand-in-hand with Jesus back to shore!

Relax Nigga... Gang Bang.

I do love how we did it, as one, snatched the word and taste right out of their mouths – the word Nigga. 

Sorry, but we had to take nigga and destigmatize the sting of it.  We allowed you use of it and cracker you had the nerve to use it on every one of us.  Yeah, I said cracker, like you say nigga.  We don’t call every black person a nigga, but when they act unwise or unknowledgeable, then you wear the dunce cap aka nigga.

Some white folks know some straight up crackers; those the ones  that I am talking about – they act real niggerish at times; that’s in your family, that’s some of the people you know, that’s America and that’s a fact of life.

Destigmatization has to be the mentality regarding every stereotype associated to us as a race(s).  We are classified as race(s) for a specific reason.  If we are all Americans, then why are we keeping up with who’s who?   As you can see, African-Americans were built with pure athleticism.  Head-starts are given to those who we know that we can beat. 

Am I saying white folk are inferior? - Of course not.  To go mono-e-mono with Great Britain showed grit.  Those crackers could fight - From the Founding Fathers and on down to their descendants.  If you list me in your Constitution as chattel, nigger, or a form of property, then you are debasing me and calling me out of my name.  Oh so we using fighting words now? We hitting below the belt? Name calling and such.  Ok, so now we know the Rules of Engagement; it’s a Golden Rule right? 

But niggas… Is that all that we are going to snatch?  Is that all we want?  God said to speak life – What do you think He meant?  He already told you to use your words, speak them into the atmosphere and then snatch them back out of that same atmosphere – freedom, justice, peace, prosperity, equality, and The American Way.

To snatch something means to: quickly seize in an eager way.

Racism has a root cause – race.  You really want to know if you are a racist.  If true equality was possible (and it is), would you be all for it?  Do you feel some type of way about another race of people come along side of you and there wasn't a head-start given to either?  If you do, then you are a racist.  You don’t have racist tendencies or “qualities”, as though they were admirable, but you are fully a racist. 

Now what?  Exactly!  Somebody knows where the little wooden square cubed with a number one on it is, because that’s where we are back to – Square one.

We Gang Bang.  Not Piru or Crips, but we all claim a sect in America.  As with gangs, a lot of banging goes on because we are “USA Country” strong.  We know that we are in this together – we just need to act like it. 

You are so about your sect, your political affiliation, but you can cross over the aisle to get what you want.  Party lines are blurred every day for the given reasons of love or hate.  We are a Nation of Americans, and this Country hasn't ever been that of pure white and pure black.  There is much loving going on in America behind closed doors apparently – mulatto-ly speaking.

America is a controlled experiment and the Earth it’s controlled environment; sort of like prison.  You ever wonder why the prison population cannot just do their time without all of the violence.  Life on the inside goes on just as it does on the outside of the gated community.  We as both humans and Americans respond the exact same way; some do hard time, a life of poverty; while others do federal time, and life with a little more freedom, and a few more perks – it’s still time.  Prisoners wear uniforms to identify themselves; white waist-length lab coats with M.D. stitching, the men and women in blue and tailored suits with desk placards that read esquire or P.A. – You gang-banger you… End gang-banging and we end who we are as Americans. 

It’s not just when the South rises but when we all rise as Americans that we can truly become The United States of America.  United we stand, united we fall.  “One Nation, under God (Uh Oh!), indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for All” – In other words… Snatch it! We aren't using words against any one sect; in fact, claim your sect – Republican, Democrat, Independent, Black, White, or Brown, or the likes thereof, it’s the same America.  Let’s just make sure that it’s inclusive of all Americans.  America is the land of Free trade, free market, Freedom and a Free-For-All – Right?

They are just colors... Red, White and Blue...  No matter the arrangement on a flag - America - still the land of the Red, White and Blue - It's the sect we represent - Right?

Broke As A Joke... Broke Is The New Rich. Don't Be A Mannequin & Go All Hollywood.

I just don’t, I don’t understand how the world has contortioned itself into an unrecognizable society. Broke has become the “New Rich”. We are allowing the people of the poorest reputations and spirit; dictate to us what it is that life is all about and “they” are the ones getting rich.

How can we now be taking advice from the ones that were once just a few “likes and views” in need of advice themselves, and now they are prescribing dosages of cure-alls that are causing a pandemic of overdoses in self-depredation? We are no longer trying to head off an epidemic; and so this social media disease has created a multitude of quacks and self-dosing false guru’s, with a certification in self-aggrandizement – In other words, the blind-leading-the-blind and this entire world is falling into the ditch.
If the person’s spirit you are receiving advise or counseling from doesn't reflect success in the area that you are pursuing their consultation for, then what exactly can they really tell you or offer you that will create the life that you are so desperate in need of that you are seeking outside help? If all they have is money – that’s not success. They are still Broke As A Joke, and the joke is going to be on you. They leave with the blessing and you leave with the blessing plan.
This goes for people inside and outside of the faith. Stardom is just that – Star-Dumb phonically speaking.
People of a broken spirit have a testimony, we all do, but that doesn't constitute that they know best. And maybe you just need to accept the lesson and decipher the difference between broke and broken.
A divorced person can only navigate you on how to overcome the devastation of divorce. A divorced and re-married person can counsel you on how to get over the hurt and on to another life.
The Mannequin Challenge had its time… And it has passed. If you take anything from that, take that it is passe.
Role Models are nothing more than mannequins. Just because it fits on the mannequin doesn’t mean that it will be tailored to who you are. Try on life in God for yourself, and when He blesses you, don’t go all Hollywood; and it will bespoken HOT!

We all get the same amount of time; the same twenty-four hours in a day and seven days a week.  However, the successful cannot seem to find enough time in the day and others find themselves having more hours in a day that they care to have.  Why?  Because time used productively is the difference between times passing by or time simply passing.

Utilization of our time is best served, serving God and one another.  Time serving another’s agenda is time serving them and we become frustrated living in a life of defeat.

Life can be as open or as closed as we trust God to keep our storehouses of convenience stocked and ready to be a purveyor of His agenda.

Our best life is All In A Days Work – literally.

I'm Speechless. "Are You Up For The Challenge?"

I know that many of you have heard people either talk or preach about the word “Grace”.  Have you ever really wondered what “Grace” really was?

Grace is described by most as God’s unmerited favor of giving us what we don’t deserve; but it’s never been explained as to how it affects both believers and non­-believers alike.  And today I want to assist you as to what grace feels like; so that you can experience it for yourself; or more so, be cognizant of the experience of what is actually taking place.

Alright, let’s get this started.  It’s really simple.  Trust me.

How this quasi-challenge came into being was out of an observation that I see most people committing on a daily basis but aren't even aware that they are even doing it; it’s habitual and habits are hard to separate from.

I watch Bill Maher’s HBO Talk Show “Real Time”, used to also be known as “Politically Correct”, back when he aired on Comedy Central. Had he (Bill), not hosted his own television series, I would think that he would have possibly found himself in the throes of the ACLU in some way shape or form, for his stances and views, from my personal opinion.

Bill’s language is pretty spicy at times and I get that, I understand that; he is a comedian that gets paid very well to do what he does; I get that, I got that – until now.

Bill will be my example because he is one of the great champions of the Atheist.  However, like Bill, many of you take the Lord’s name in vain and even in the case(s) with Bill – I know that neither you nor he does it intentionally.  I get that.  I don’t think that no one intends on being offensive or vulgar; it’s a part of the culture and a part of us.  So, when you smashed you little baby toe against that big bad indomitable coffee table or God forbid the corner of your bed – Ouch!  An expletive sure would fit good right about now!  G-dammit! Are you G-dam kidding me? Jesus! Jesus Christ!  Lord Have Mercy! Lordy!, Lordy!, Lordy! Good Lord! And so forth and so on… I think you are catching the drift.

These phrases have the tendency to be used at crucial moments, when our exasperation is at its highest point or our fear at its greatest – Or when we have either experienced personally, or witnessed greatness!

Now what you have just experienced is – “Grace” my friend.  You say to me, “How?”  I’ll prove it to you real quick and simple.

The next time that hot leather seat that has been sitting in 100 degree weather touches where your shirt had come up from your pants or skirt and glances across the skin on the small of your back, don’t use the expletive using God or the Lord or Christ or for Christ Sakes - Try and find something else to fit perfectly when your tires can’t save you from skidding across the lane, and you arrive to your next destination in one piece and sans a scratch.  What other great word would express your thankfulness?  God is saying to you and to me, stop using His name in vain.

We have been taking Him for granted long enough and He wants you to experience what life would be like without Him.  God has been allowing you to use His grace and hasn't expressed a qualm about it - until now. 

He wants you to realize just how much we do need Him on a daily basis and how much you yourself actually do give Him recognition, but He no longer wants to be gracious, if I can say it that way.  Either you give Him His full due or don’t use His grace for only those times of elation or trouble – In other words… He is there for us all the day long and you get speechless about the power that it actually behind the expletive that you are calling upon and evoking on your behalf without giving Him his just due.

You may find your way of finally breaking that nasty habit of a foul mouth; and that is always a good thing; while others of you may very well find yourselves not speaking much at all – “I’m Speechless.”, is what you may find.

But, what is almost better than that is that you find yourself knowing that you would rather have the grace of God covering you throughout this life, and give Him his credit by reverencing Him properly – With a healthy fear and respect that what He could have allowed, didn't happen.

After several attempts you will dramatically experience the difference of what having had God, what having God with you, and not having God with you are - And make the comparison for yourself.  God is there – period – In times of hurt or happiness.  Either way you will find that you needed Him more than you ever thought imaginable.  And it’s so like God, and why those of us who choose to serve and believe Him are keenly and acutely aware of – How flimsy life is.  What you don’t want to learn is how flimsier it may very well become, if you fail this challenge.

And there you have it – Grace 101.  This class has Pop-Quizzes often, so remember what was taught to you at the beginning of this class.  Class… Look to your left, look to your right, now look down at yourself – Some of you might not make it through a semester, but those of you that do - Welcome to the Grace University.

Hit The Road Jack... "Make America Great Again".

Win the Nation, Win the World.  Yes, it’s just that simple - America in all her simplistic splendor; each one caring about the next one. 

The country became great after everyone became accountable.  There was a time when the Titans of the industries that shaped our country held the majority of the cards but once the game was opened to innovation that’s what changed our stature throughout the global markets. 

And the substratum that under-girded the weight of such growth was a thinly veiled fabric in the brilliant colors of Red, White and Blue billowing in the wind.  The Melting Pot of ooey, gooey, fondue; all melting into one communal pot that each of us was able to dip into and partake of; each group was adding another element of flavor blending and causing other countries to salivate as our pot bubbled and percolated, until blessings ran over.  What on earth was making her so great, is what they wondered and marveled?

It was The Church, The Temple, The Mosque, The Synagogue, The Gurdwara, The Chapel, The Cathedral, The Monastery, The Convent, The Shrine, The Meeting House, The Kiva or any and every type of place to worship was better for one and all.  “A house that is divided is sure to fall”.  America is our house and day-by-day another piece crumbles from all of the inward fighting; soon she’ll be too weak to ward off a dominant enemy.

Attacks against America aren't to one individual group but to us as a whole; and that’s exactly how we must respond as an entire fist.  You don’t slap a persistent enemy; you knock the hell out of them and remind them who you are!

Our country is being hijacked and nope it’s not Trump; there is no singular weapon of warfare destruction, it’s a conglomerate.  And we must respond in kind and like manner – As one America.

I designate the arbitrary date of October 22, 2017 as our day of recompense.  A day to put up or shut up!  Let us show ourselves first and I guarantee you that word will spread as it once did about her greatness once again.  Our saving grace will come from within our boundaries of sea to shining sea.

The date aforementioned falls on a Sunday which was the only intentional part of this coming together; and it’s not for the reason you think but rather because most businesses, even the government is closed and those closures are paramount to what I am about to request.  And that request is that each and every one of those places of worship above also shut its doors and venture out into the streets – with one caveat that must be stringently adhered to – You must remain in the surrounding area of your place of worship, to service that surrounding community.  Service? Yes, we are going to minister to one another by canvassing and getting to know our neighbors again and asking “What can we assist you with?” 

You've seen the women’s marches around the globe, the protesters filling the streets for Black and All Lives Matter campaigns; now imagine that on steroids; not just a Million Man March but a Countries March.  No one country has risen up, all at one time to show unity.  America is just that great that I believe that we can get it done.

No congestion in the streets because the vehicles will be parked and the streets filled to capacity with pedestrians as the days of old, marching to take America.

All it takes is ONE DAY!  The media will have no other coverage than that of Making America Great Again”.  ONE DAY to show a united front.  Yes, Mr. Trump you too!  All heads of state, government and Supreme Court justices.  No one is exempt, everyone is being held accountable, from the least to the greatest.   

Imagine our streets, our towns, our cities, our enclaves and our hamlets filled with what’s needed to repair what is broken – LOVE.

No police in riot gear because they too can participate but no one will have time to commit mayhem, murder or rob and pillage because everyone will be everywhere; that’s so like God – omnipotent and omnipresent.

“Let’s Hit The Road Jack” and change the entire world in a days’ time.  It can be done but it’s going to take YOU to make it happen. 

Great Leaders are made great by making great examples at the most opportunistic time.  President Trump, if this missive makes it to you, here is your greatest time to unite the country that you declared would be made great again and it will only take one day to Get ‘R Done!

Bosom Buddies!

Our God is so awesome because he does things out of the ordinary. Why is it that he tends to bless us more after we fail than when we are walking in righteousness? He uses the foolishness of this world to confound the wise. He loves to show us his Great Faithfulness and Tender Mercies right in a time when we think that we aren't deservant to be looked upon; that is when we need the love the most and that is when he gives his love the most. The consequence and re-testing may come later but he knows just how to love us right back into his bosom... What a mighty God we serve!

Grow Organic!

Both Adam and Eve were both produced organically; Adam from the dust of the ground and Eve from Adam; whether you practice composting or recycling - it's all conservation to extend life on this planet.

God taught Adam the art form of how to properly tend to a garden, so that when Eve came along, he would know how to tend to her, as he had done before in the garden.

As with interest, conservation and faith; they all accrue over time; the value and profit aren't seen instantaneously.  It's better to grow organically, than to artificially create; it's just better for you and the people, community and the world around you.

The same goes for our relationship between us and God.  Time with God grows organically; long even before see and harvest time; God was treating the soil of our lives to prepare faith to take root; if the soil isn't fertile, no fruit can be produced.

Grow Organic - It's better for your spiritual health.

Scot-free...

God cannot be sold, He can only be freely given. It may be gold in your hands now, but as like with King Midas, it will surely kill you – slowly and surely.

So, ultimately what is it really worth to you? Sounds to me that someone was sold a bill of goods that Life can be Scot-free when it really isn’t . 

God wants a “life”. If you don’t have it to give, then you cannot afford the cost of Salvation. And, He not only wants the life He gave in return, but a return on His original investment- He has the audacity to mention interest to! Life as valuable as it is, isn’t enough to return to God, He wants more, He wants it all. The glory, the honor and the praise, that can only be produced organically. And that can only come by way of Jesus, who paid a ransom for All because our lives alone are nothing but filthy rags.

Emancipation can never be bought. The promises of God are in essence are Scot-free. Jews exited Egypt with no loss compared to the opposition.
African Americans were converted from bondsman to free with hardly any skin in the game, compared to the other persuasion, the Caucasian. We were already impoverished, therefore, it cost us nothing. Let’s just call it an “Even swap, ain’t no swindle”, each side took one for its team.
Everything that we truly desire comes at a cost that we cannot afford. If that dude or chick don’t love you, not all the money will make them. Love, peace, rest, honor, faith and the like thereof are all Scot-free, but they come at the cost of trusting Almighty God; which is free to them that believe.

To Be Or Not To Be... Answer The Question.

Trust me, I was dreading and wanting to do it at the same exact time.  This is what I said I wanted to do – right? Be an inspiration to others.  I didn't take to it like a duck to water, but I glided into like a newborn into his new world – wet behind the ears, but open to every possibility that life offers; covered in mess, but still blessed to be alive.

Life was breathed into me because what was birthed in me, came to life.  It’s not about the numbers, but that I accomplish that which is in my heart.  It’s the small stones that come together and combine to make the foundation needed to build upon.

To finally step into that role, to speak live, some of the intimate and personal thoughts of how I walk with the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit blesses me beyond any descriptive word in the English language.

When I woke up this morning, I despaired because once again I was rising up to go and do something that I didn't necessarily want to be doing; when there are so many people rising up going about their day doing exactly what they wanted to be doing; and not what they had to be doing, such as myself.

One thing that I can say about myself is that “I live in the moment”, I’m not frightened off by much in this life because I know that God is with me and guiding my stumbling steps.

I just decided that I would live out another day trusting God – no holds barred and my spirit is blessed beyond measure.  We just have to be doer’s and there is and will always be risk in anything we do.  I can’t worry about who feels me and who doesn't; those who are to be touched by God through my words of wisdom will not be denied because that’s why God uses the people who are open to do His will.

I couldn't allow this day to pass by without me giving reverence and to say “Thank You” to God that He allowed me to BE.

To Be Or Not To Be? You have to answer that question for yourself.

On Broadway...

Most big cities have a street called "Broadway" that are usually in the center of town or near the busiest traffic. Isn't it funny that God called us to travel the less traveled road of "Narrow"...

Stop letting the bright lights of this world distract you from what's really going on, before you end up on the Road to "Destruction".

Signs are meant to guide you to your destination, not destruction. A marquee is only designed to show you the entrance - Know your signs.

Break The Mold!

Funny how when we stare at the promises of God too long in our mind’s eye, that it causes our eyes to burn with tears because the images overwhelm us. We must ask ourselves the pertinent question of – why would God bless me like that? Who am I for him to do all that? Would he? Could he possibly be that good to me? People like you and me who are looking for God to move in a mighty way, to break the mold that has had us bound and ensconced in a placed where there is over-crowding (the bottom of the barrel) and people for generations alike.

Molds create the same thing repetitively and repeatedly over-and-over again without any variation or discriminate markings. The enemy wants us to believe that the life that God has called us to is a figment of our imagination – Only. God made each of individually, separately but in his likeness and image – Unique to anything or anyone. To get out of the assembly line of only receiving salvation and then living a life that is sub-par to what he has reserved for us is dishonorable to what Christ Jesus died for, to say the least. God created the stars in the heavens as innumerable as the sands of the seas.

And that same God, the one that we serve, the one that we trust, the one that we believe in, the one in which we live, move and have our being can go as big as we can imagine and trump that. God spoke all that we see and don’t see into existence. There is nothing that he cannot do. There is nothing too hard for him. The hard part is in us – hardened hearts – we find it difficult and some impossible, to simply believe that he is able to do what we believe him for.

Only faith will break us out. Break the mold that has your mind incarcerated against the power of God. If you keep doing what everyone around you is doing – you are (bound) to get what everyone else is getting. Salvation is free but the exceeding and abundant blessings come to those who believe that God rewards those who Ask, Seek and Knock. So… A.S.K.
